We came by several times, and each time the server told us there are no seats, even though it wasn't busy and there was no line. Each time he told us to come back in one hour, like it was some kind of generic answer. And when we did, what a surprise, "no seats". I don't know if it's because we're foreigners, but it was an unpleasant experience, in a country that is usually very friendly to tourist. I would advise to avoid this place, there are better and friendlier places just down the street.

How long does it take to prepare the ingredients for okonomiyaki, when it gets cooked where you sit...? Poor service and the staff were absolutely rude.

S	Steven Jens Jorgensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent food but they were absolutely mean to foreigners. I saw them accept a 5 person Japanese group after rejecting a 5 person foreigner group. Even when I spoke proper Japanese, the waitresses provided poor service. They wouldn’t come serve us unless we asked for them. They also debated amongst themselves on who should serve us. The ad outside the place said that the staff would cook the okinomiyaki for you but they didn’t even offer that possibility. I am definitely not coming back and would not recommend. I would hope that this review prevents people from coming and hurt their business so that they become more friendlier towards foreigners in the future. The current discrimination is disgusting. Please go to a different okonomiyaki store down the road.
P	Pimpimon Nondhalee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for an Attack on Titan collaboration. The food was delicious. Staffs are polite. The time to wait for food to be served was a little bit longer, might be because of a few staffs working there. But in overall, it was good.
