サイトの中では居抜き案件がかなり豊富にあったのと要望に合わせて提案してくれると言うことで
チョイスしました。
実際に居抜き案件を上っていると普通の物件よりもすでにオフィス機器が入っているのがいい点でした。
内覧した企業が元々ベンチャー企業の居抜きだったのでおしゃれな雰囲気もあって気に入りました。
契約等もスムーズに進めて頂き満足してます。
