セミナーに参加させて頂きました。 いろんな会社のセミナーに参加させていただいてますが、内容は最低でした。 物件が高く収支はマイナス。いつ契約解除されるかもわからないサブリース契約。営業トークなのか意味も分からず諸費用サービスしていただけるということで、ありがたいながらも不信感を感じました。じゃあ最初の諸費用含めた費用はなんだったのか? 都内の物件がメインということで興味がありセミナーに参加させて頂きましたが、他者と比較しても高く感じました。 あとしっかり見てなかったのがいけませんが、限定5名のセミナーで、残数残り5席のセミナーが目立ちますが、ほとんど予約がないようですね。。営業の方は大盛況で物件がすぐなくなるとおっしゃってましたが。
