That company will charge a lot than normal when you move out. For my case, I lived within one year, no damage at all, they charged me two months rent. Think twice. 一定不要租这家的房子，否则退房时会收到天价的请求费用。只住了不到一年，没有任何破损，最后交了两个月的房租。 The cost of moving out of a housemate is too high. Even though I have only lived for 11 months, I replaced all the tatami mats and fusuma.
