★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当された方が不馴れなのか土地柄なのか、微妙に対応が鈍かったです。
良くも悪くも、来店目的のみの対応でした。
 Whether the person in charge was unfamiliar or local, the response was slightly slow.
For better or worse, it was only for the purpose of visiting the store.

お金を払ったお客様に対して「なんならまたサポートセンターにクレームの電話をしても良いんですよ？どうせ直接対応するのはここの店舗なので意味無いですけどね」というお客様への煽り。
反省も感じられず、最終的には何のサービスも得ず、ちゃんとしたお詫びの態度も無し。時間をかけたのに、結局機種変出来ませんでした。
統一感の無い、対応がｶﾞﾊﾞｶﾞﾊﾞの店舗体制。
店長様は何のためにここの店舗を統括されてるのでしょうか？

The clerk's response is the worst.
To the customer who paid the money, "Is it okay to call the support center again? It doesn't make sense because it's the store here that responds directly anyway."
I didn't feel any remorse, I didn't get any service in the end, and I didn't have a proper apology. Although it took time, I couldn't change the model after all.
There is no sense of unity, and the store system is rugged.
What is the store manager managing the store here for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客は丁寧だし、感じが悪い人間に会ったことが無い。去年の事だが、今さら『初スマホなんです』と言っても丁寧に、それでいて忌憚なく多様な選択肢を提案してくれたので、ありがたかった。
ただ、2020年の9月辺りで店内設置の充電器が撤去されてしまったのでフラッと寄る事が出来なくなった様には感じる。
The customer service is polite and I have never met an unpleasant person. Last year, I was grateful that even if I said "I'm the first smartphone", he politely offered me a variety of options.
However, since the charger installed in the store was removed around September 2020, I feel that I can no longer get close to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入場制限などはなく、混み合っていました。座席も常に満席で怖かったです。ホットモック(展示機)もこまめに消毒している様子もなく、代わる代わる人が触れていて大丈夫かな、と思いました。
There were no restrictions on admission and it was crowded. The seats were always full and scary. The hot mock (exhibition machine) did not seem to be disinfected diligently, and I thought it would be okay for someone to touch it.

機種変の為に行ったが一括払いでしたら出来ますとの事。
分割料金があるのは何の為？
分割が出来ない理由の説明すらもないので二度と利用はしません。

I went there because of a model change, but I heard that it can be done if it is a lump sum payment.
What is the reason for the split fee?
I will not use it again because there is no explanation of the reason why it can not be divided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来店客が空いていたので、機種変更や料金プランについて調べて貰いました。接客についてはちょっとかみ合わなかった気がします。営業だから致し方無いですね。
Since there were vacant customers, I asked them to find out about model changes and price plans. I feel that I didn't get in touch with the customer service. It's a business, so I can't help it.
