エアコンの注文で訪ねました。そもそも店員がおらず、呼ぶことも出来ないような状態でした。なんとか、探して声をかけましたが、売る気が無いのか、エアコンの機能の説明等してくれませんでした。「買いたきゃ買えば。」というようなオーラを感じました。よっぽどの事がない限り、2度目に訪れることはないでしょう。

店員が不親切。エスカレーターが工事?掃除?なのか使えない時、だけど普通に動いていて上から下には降りるには問題なさそう。エスカレーター降りる場所に張り紙もない。買い物済まし降りようとすると。横の階段下から愛想の悪い店員「あー!!使えないんで!」と登ってくる。階段でのすれ違う時は《ジロリ》と見られ言葉使いも対応も最悪!お客様は友達じゃありません。大型家電を買うお客様以外は客じゃないのでしょうか?そして、商品の説明をお願いしても面倒臭そうな対応は止めて下さい!そんな事もわからないの?的な態度が目に見えてます。これからは他のお店に行きます!一度目来店時にダイソン掃除機を買った時は親切に対応して下さった店員さんも居ましたから極一部の店員だけなんでしょうけど。
