わ	わかちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前アンドロイドのスマホを購入した時のこと。購入したその日から、とにかく音が出ない。動画の音声や、ダウンロードした音楽とか、音というもの全ての音が出ない。なのでショップに持って行ってその事を伝えると、「では修理で預かります」と…。「最初から音が出ないって不良品じゃないんですか？修理ではなく、違う新しいものと変えてください」と言っても「不良品ではないです。修理します」の一点張り。今は在庫がないとか、次入荷した分は他の人の予約分だからとか色々言われ、入荷するまで待ってると伝えても、全く聞き入れてもらえる気配なし。もうウンザリしてきて、「じゃあ修理でいいです」と言うと、修理期間中の代わりのスマホを渡され、貸し出し中にもし破損とかあったときは、◯◯円払ってもらいます的な説明が始まり…。ほんともうウンザリしました。こちらが落として故障したとかならともかく、箱から出してすぐに音が出てないのに、不良品ではないって…。そうゆうものなんでしょうか？私の見解が間違ってるの？最初ショップで色々と設定を登録してもらったんですが、その時にはそこまでは気づけませんでした。 When I bought an Android smartphone before.
