★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くに大きな家電量販店が無かったので行きましたが、次からは行きません。ネット通販か大阪か京都に行った時に買います。
高額商品を見ていると入れ替わりに店員が来ますが、掃除機とかプリンタみたいな低価格品は店員さんを探して来ないといけません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apple製品やスマホケース等をチェックに行きました。ウオッチのベルトとフイルムを買いました。近隣の量販店よりはApple製品は多いと思います。給湯器も買い替え時期なのでついでにエコキュートも見てきました。リフォームもできそうでした。

ミキサーを見たくても、祖母は背が低いうえに腰が曲がり高いところに手が届かず商品を見たくても商品の前に箱が並んでいて手が届かない！
全部僕がひとつづつ取るはめに。
そして、ごみ処理機がおいてませんでした。
ごみ処理機の説明はあるのに…
その下はレンジが並んでる！！
そんな説明ばかりなのかと見まわしたら、インクやパソコンの説明は古く2014年9月2日現在とか…
第2世代のCPUとか何年前！？
スマホもiPhone６って、もうXまで出てますが…
ほとんどが色褪せて、文字も見難いものもおおい！
そして掃除機売り場やゲーム売り場は商品が天井に届くほど高い位置にあるのに何の対策もせず積み上げてある。
ここ最近大きな地震があったばかりなのに、何の対策もしていない。
小さい子供が遊べるようなおもちゃの置いてあるテーブルがあるけど、その真上にこんなのが？
危機管理や安全性って言葉知ってる？
子供の上に電話機とか落ちてきたら大怪我どころでは済まないよ？
こんなイメージしやすい危険な場所はほかにない。
絶対に子供を近づけてはいけない場所です。

他の量販店の店員さんの知識はあんまりで「設定などもお客様で簡単にできますよ？」といわれその内容を聞いても答えられず「設定は外注してますので」と言われ話にならなかったので、一年前には今まで利用したことがなかったヤマダ電機さんに行きました。
物凄く詳しい店員さんが分かりやすく案内してくださり一年前は満足のいく買い物ができました。
今回は自宅のパソコンと冷蔵庫を買いに行ったのですが店員さんの対応が雲泥の差
「性能は値段相応ですよ」
今回の店員さんの知識はこの程度。
値段が高いほうが良いのくらいの事は素人でもわかります。
3回ほど日を改めて前の店員さんを探したのですがおられず購入をあきらめて帰りました。
正直、近辺の家電屋さんにもパソコンに詳しい方はおられず、唯一ここの店員さんが詳しかったのですが残念です。
大阪まで電車一本で行けますし家族のところに行くときにそちらで購入します。

PC売り場担当の店員さんの態度が悪く、嫌な思いをしました。
PCの知識が無い事を馬鹿にするような態度で腹が立ちました。
結局ヤマダでは買わず福知山のJoshinで購入しました。Joshinの店員さんはとても良い方で気持ちよく買い物ができました。
