まず、下北地域を一つの店舗というのはキャパオーバーです。他社に移りたくもなりますよ。予約困難、待ち時間長い、スタッフは対応しきれてない、悪循環。会社は下北をなめてるのかね。

予約で今日は開店と、同時に入店しました❗私のタブレット故障の件です。結果タブレットは店舗では無理でした❗暗証番号が不確かと私の無知が原因でしたが、担当の方の対応に助けてもらいました‼️素晴らしい対応に、気持ち良く帰りました❗前回来た際も、対応は良かったです❕今後も期待してますよ❕

携帯壊れて店に行くと予約優先と言われそりゃそうだと予約しようとしたら電話で改めてしろと言われました。携帯壊れてるって言ったのに。しゃーないので店頭で予約したいと言ったら1時間待たされました。待っている間に他の飛び入り客は口頭で相談してたりしてました。(受付の意味ないやろ…)1時間待って店員がきて軽く相談したら3週間待ちと言われ驚愕。あとパンフほしいと言ったら謎にドコモのポイントカード渡された。日本語が通じていないのか輩と思われたのか…。因みに3週間なんて待てないので青森市に行ったら秒で終わりました。

本当は星ゼロです。 待ち時間長過ぎで、利用しなくなりました。急遽の時以外は利用したくありません。

星一つも付けたくないです。親切、丁寧な従業員が居るとは到底思えない店。私は自分であらかたのスマホ操作は出来ますが、母や祖母など中高年~の年齢の方に対する対応が最低です。電話口で相談しても「店に来い」の一点張り、店に行けば「そんな事も分からないのか」と耳を疑う様な言葉を浴びせられる始末。むつ市内はここしかドコモショップが無いので私の周囲の方々は渋々ここの店へ足を運んでいます。当店に行きたくないと、わざわざ他のドコモショップへ行く人もいる程です。ここまで対応が悪いと〇u、Soft〇ank等へ移行したくもなります。どちらも近場にありますし、上記2店舗に関しては(長時間待たされるのは同じでも)明らかに対応が良いですから。 まず長時間待たされる云々の前に、従業員の態度を改めない限り何も改善されないと思いますよ。スマホユーザーだからといって全て自分で操作出来る人ばかりではないです。そんな事情も分からない人に携帯ショップの店員が務まる訳ないです。そのうち店舗自体が潰れそうな気がして止みません。

待ち時間が凄く長くて待ちくたびれてしまいます。 今のスマホに変えた時「壊れたからと言ってすぐ変える」と言う声が店員から聞こえ変えなきゃ良かった…と思ってしまいました。 正直に言うと他社のスマホに変えたかったです。 知り合いがdocomoで他社移動する場合の対応があまりに酷いと言っていました。 何でお客様の気持ちや悩みを深くまで知ろうとしないのでしょうか。 私のスマホはそろそろ充電切れになるのであまり使われませんが充電器変えなきゃならないのにまた同様な対応されたらどうしようと不安で店に行くことも躊躇してしまいます。 あの言葉が思い出してしまうので行きたくないです。
