★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 顧客満足度と言うのは良いが、時間がかかりすぎ。機能説明を極力省いて即時受け渡しカウンターがあるとか、そんな対応もしてほしい。事前予約しても設定時間に対応してもらえないのもマイナス点
Customer satisfaction is good, but it takes too long. I would like to see if there is an immediate delivery counter with as little function explanation as possible. The disadvantage is that even if you make a reservation in advance, you will not be able to respond to the set time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約までは良いことばかり言ってますが、その後の対応がとても失礼で悪いです。
日を跨ぎ担当が変わると一から説明しないといけなくなります。
分からないから聞きに来ているのに店員さんもしっかりシステムを理解できていないのでしょうか？。ヒトにより言ってることが違います。
前回は「分からなければこちらで処理できますので持って来て下さい」
と言っていたのに
時間を作って予約して手続きしにいったのに、担当が変わってしまうと詳しく話を聞きもせず「こちらではできません。ご自身でサービスセンターにご連絡して解決して下さい」と
顧客の状況を理解出来てないなら前回に言っておいていただきたかったです。
担当が変わるくせにお客さんの手続き情報など管理していないのでしょうか？
とても嫌な思いをしました。
ヒトの時間をなんだと思ってらっしゃるのでしょうか？
次回より他店で手続きをします。
