本当は星も付けたく無いけど付けないと評価が出来ないみたいだから。とにかく、対応が遅い。他の店と大違い上の奴が頭が痛いんだろうな。

営業時間が他店より2時間長く定休日がない。ショッピングモール内にあるから買い物ついでに寄れる!でも待ち時間長いしフリードリンクが水のみで待合所も小規模。

機種変に行きましたが、見習い?スタッフがベテランの人に教えてもらいながらの手続きでした。愛想が悪く、データーの移行について聞いたら、自分でどうぞと言わんばかりに携帯を手渡され、知らん顔で。その後もブスッとしたまま接客されて不愉快でした。かと思えば、その前に来店したときは、とても親切なスタッフで、色々教えてくれて…この差はなんですかねぇ。

携帯補償の交換品の受け取りが店舗だったのでビビりながら訪問した。そもそも携帯ショップはやたら時間がかかるとか、よく消化できていないことについて直訴をしなければいけない代官所みたいなとこで、自分にとってはあまり行きたくない場所なのだ。加えて今回も、来店予約の電話受付さんの声の感じが他店と同様、高飛車で愛想がなかったし。 しかし店ではどのスタッフに当たっても優しく丁寧に対応してくれる。他店では担当さんによってはビシビシとドSのもてなしということもあるが、こちらではそういうこともない。あの受付さんがどの人なのかわからないほどだ。ギャップ萌えしそうだ。古い携帯が壊れかかっていたので自分で行う自信がなく、データ移行など初期設定を有料で頼んだが、正味30分くらいで済んだ。 受付さんは電話で聴き取りやすいようにとか、だらだら押し問答が続かないように、わざとああいう冷たい話し方をしているということもありうるなあと、ちょっと思った。
