ハ	ハイドロポリマー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPhoneを落としてパネルがひび割れてしまい、安心パックに入っているのでどうするのが良いのか電話で相談したところ、修理や交換はショップでは受けられないので高崎のiPhoneの正規代理店に行くようにと言われ、高崎に行ったら、「安心パックならワイモバイルのほうで交換になるはずなので、そちらのほうが安く済むし良いですよと。その場合はこちらではお受けできませんので」と近くのワイモバイルのショップの場所を教えてもらい、交換してもらいました。高崎のショップでは「どこのショップでも良いのでこちらまで来なくても済んだはず」と教えてもらいました。要は桐生のショップが面倒くさがって回したのか、知らなすぎたのかのどちらかのようです。確かに他のキャリアでも本体の保証やらのパックに入っていれば同機種と交換するのが一般的なんです。ちとここのワイモバイルのショップはこんなこともやってもらえず、わざわざ高崎まで行かされるという最低最悪のショップみたいです。もちろんまともな店員もいるはずですが、だったら自分でわからなければ他の店員に聞けよと。良く教えておいてくださいよ。 I dropped the iPhone and the panel cracked and I was in a safe pack so I consulted over the phone about what to do, but I can not receive repairs or exchanges at the shop, so I went to an authorized distributor of iPhone in Takasaki I was told that when I went to Takasaki, “If it ’s a safe pack, Y-Mobile should be replaced, so it ’s cheaper. K	K Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ソフトバンクと併設の店舗。知人が乗換を検討していた為、付き添いで来店。対応は予約制のようで、来店時点で既に十数組が予約済み、1時間程度待つとのこと。(ショップではよく見られる光景) 店員の対応は0点。明らかに暇そうにホコリの掃除をしているスタッフに「乗り換えを検討しているんですがワイモバイルの機種はこのエリアですか？」と声をかけるも、面倒くさそうに「はぁ…そう…ですね…」と返答があっただけで、気付いたらスッと店奥へ消えていった。(掃除は終わったのだろうか。) もしかしたら、先の予約の順番が来るまでは誰にも声を掛けてはいけなかったのかもしれない。その時点で見限り退店。電子機器に疎い方以外は、家電量販店の利用を強く推奨する。 Softbank and a store in the same area. 豆	豆大福 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、新規で契約に行ったら、simのみの契約で初めて機種の識別番号を求めらました。持ち合わせていなく契約を断られました。ネットで契約するのにも識別番号が必要なのかと確認した所必要と言っていましたが、やってみたところ識別番号の必要は全く必要ありませんでした。全く確認もせず、嘘を平気でつくので気をつけて下さい。 The other day, when I went to a new contract, I was asked for the model identification number for the first time with a sim only contract. I didn't have it and the contract was declined. I said that I needed it when I confirmed that I needed an identification number to make a contract online. When I tried it, I didn't need an identification number at all. Please be careful as you can tell lies without any confirmation.
