高	高橋賢斗 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ docomo AQUOS センス5Gをdocomoのオンラインショップで買って3ヶ月もしないうちに電源が勝手に落ちるとこの店に報告しに行った。そしたら、ahamoに変更してるため保証ない。修理費は出さない。と言われた。もう機種変しかないと思い他社に乗り換えました！10年以上docomoを使って最後にこの仕打ちです！笑笑この店の対応より、docomoにガッカリしました！笑 I bought docomo AQUOS Sense 5G from docomo's online shop and went to report to this shop that the power would be turned off within 3 months. Then, I changed to ahamo, so there is no guarantee. No repair costs will be paid. I was told. I thought that there was only a model change, so I switched to another company! This is the last thing I've done with docomo for over 10 years! LOL I was disappointed with docomo because of the correspondence of this shop! Lol
L	LOVE DJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドコモ光のプロバイダーの変更で予約無しでいった。2～3時間待ちと言われ、30分程度で対応してくれたが、変更したプロバイダーから、SMSが届くと言われたが、変更したプロバイダーにスマホの番号が伝わっておらず、変更プロバイダーからSMSは届かず、電話が来た。この事で、開通日までにレンタルしたルーターが届かないかもしれないといわれた。窓口対応は、しっかりしてもらいたい。 There was no reservation due to the change of docomo Hikari provider. I didn't receive the SMS and I got a call. Due to this, it was said that the rented router may not arrive by the opening date. I would like you to have a firm response at the counter.
板	板垣 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 機種変で行ってきた✌️ 落ち着いた感じの店内で掃除もされてて清潔、トイレも綺麗でした。スマホの機種変は新プランの説明もしっかりしてくれたし、質問にもしっかり答えてくて、分から安くて安心して5Gに切り替えが出来た。 I went with a different model ✌️ The inside of the store was calm and clean, and the toilet was clean.
