★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつ行っても応対がいい。誰が担当になってもみんな丁寧で親切に対応してくれるので待ち時間もあまり苦になりません。こういう店舗だから、来店時いつもお客さんも多いですね。タイミングが悪ければ出直すか来店予約するようにしていますが来店予約がおすすめです。ただし、1週間から10日くらい先まで予約一杯という事が多いので余裕を持って予約してみてください。
You can be satisfied whenever you go. Everybody deals carefully and kindly no matter who is in charge, so the waiting time will not get too bothersome. Because it is such a store, there are always many customers at the store. If the timing is bad, I will try to reschedule or visit the store but I will recommend visiting the store. However, since it is often that the reservation is full from one week to ten days ahead, please make a reservation with a margin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料金相談だけで契約まではしないと話したうえでの接客してもらいましたがとっても感じよかったです。お店もリニューアルしたばかりで、キレイです。駐車場も前の店舗よりとめやすい気がします。
We talked that we wouldn't make a contract just for the price consultation, but we had a customer service but it was very nice. The store has just been renewed and is beautiful. I feel that the parking lot is easier to stop than the previous store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 機種変更でしたが、受付の方も、手続きしてくださった女性の方も、後日対応してくださった男性の方も、皆さんとても親切で丁寧に対応してくださいました。近くの席で年配の方が説明を受けている様子も見ましたが、とても感じ良く優しく丁寧に対応されていました。docomoは対応が悪いショップが多いですが、倉敷笹沖店はオススメです!
Although it was a model change, the receptionist, the woman who took the procedure, and the man who took care of it at a later date were all very kind and polite. I saw an elderly person receiving an explanation at a nearby seat, but it was very pleasant, kind and polite. There are many shops that docomo does not support well, but the Kurashiki Sasaoki store is recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NFCの不調で行きましたが受付で修理の担当がいないと言われ、NFCの反応するかどうかを確認するだけでもして貰えないか聞くとそういう確認する機械はないと断られましたw
修理の担当が居るとは知らなかった。他店では内容に関係なく誰でも対応してくれます。見てもないのに故障扱いだし、NFCの反応を確かめる機械はどこの店舗もテーブルの上にあります。この店にはなかったんでしょうか?帰らせたいから適当な対応をされたのだと感じたので呆れて帰りましたがこの店の対応は最低です。受付の人もその人に指示を出した男性も、どちらも知識がないのか、対応したくなかったのかは分かりませんがこの店にはもう二度と行きません。ふざけた言い分が通用すると思ったのも客をバカにしてる。後日他店ではきちんとNFCの反応もすぐに調べてくれましたし、修理の担当がいないなんてどこの店でも言われたことはありません。お客も居ないのにそもそも修理かどうか見ようともしなかった。この店には接客が出来る方は居ないんですか?
I went because of NFC's malfunction, but at the reception desk I was told that I was not in charge of repairs, and when I asked if I could just check if NFC responded, I was refused that there was no machine to confirm that.
I didn't know there was a repair person in charge. At other stores, anyone can respond regardless of the content. Even though I haven't seen it, it's treated as a malfunction, and every store has a machine on the table to check the reaction of NFC. Wasn't it in this store? I felt that I had taken appropriate measures because I wanted to go home, so I was amazed and went home, but the response at this store is the worst. I don't know if neither the receptionist nor the man who gave instructions to that person had any knowledge or didn't want to deal with it, but I will never go to this store again. I'm making a fool of the customer because I thought that the playful argument would work. At a later date, other stores immediately investigated the reaction of NFC, and I have never been told that there is no person in charge of repairs. Even though there were no customers, I didn't even try to see if it was a repair. Is there anyone in this store who can serve customers?
