★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付で、右往左往してると、親切に(今日はどう言う御用でしょうか)と訪ねてくださり高齢者にとってはありがたかったです。高梁のイズミのショップより、格段の差でした。

機種変更をしたいが、どの位待つのか聞いたところ、確認してくるので少し待つように言われた。待っているとそのスタッフは他の客の接客を始めた。確認には行ったが報告は無し。なんだそれ
20分くらい待って、流石に…と思い、ほかの人に聞いたら予約で一杯だから無理だと言われた。
なら早く言えし。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約した人しか対応しません。 飛び入りや、当日ショップに来た人は、まったく対応無し！バックヤードに３人いても、予約で来た人しか対応せず、終われば奥に下がり、何にも対応しないショップです。 星を一つも付けたくないの、他の人と同感です！
最悪なショップです。私の他にも３～4人
待ってる方がいました。
Only the person who made the reservation will respond. People who jumped in or came to the shop on the day did not respond at all! Even if there are three people in the backyard, only the person who made the reservation can handle it, and when it finishes, it goes down to the back and does not correspond to anything. I don't want to add a star, I feel the same as other people!
It's the worst shop. 3 to 4 people besides me
