★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 売り方見直し要。この店舗は店頭に4-5年落ちのものが置いてあり、新モデルより若干の安値で販売されています。当方2020年に前又は前々モデルと思い¥40,000超のウォシュレットを購入。2021年12月に故障し、丁度保証期間1年すぎており有償で修理依頼。サービスマンが2016年式であることに気がつき、修理部品も無くなってくる可能性が高いとのこと。今回は部品はあったが修理代金2万2千円かかった。店頭では年式などには全く触れずただ売るだけ。前モデルぐらいであればまだしも、4-5年前モデルを売るのであればその説明はすべきではないでしょうか。店舗に連絡してみたが、[上司に申し伝えます]のみ。極古モデルの販売をするのであれば、年式、部品が無くなる旨説明が必要ではないでしょうか。店舗責任者の方、ご連絡お待ちしております。

掃除管理表があるが、酷い時は2日間も掃除されていないことが分かり、悪印象を受ける。
店内は落ち着いてるので、3Fのカフェを読書用によく使わせてもらっている。
The toilet is always dirty.
There is a cleaning management table, but when it's terrible, it turns out that it hasn't been cleaned for two days, which gives a bad impression.
The inside of the store is calm, so I often use the cafe on the 3rd floor for reading.

照明がすごく暗いなという印象を受けました。
客の少なさも相まって「ほんとに居ていいのか？」と不安になりました。
居心地の良いお店ではなかったと思います。
