I nipped in hopping to find some bits from the men's Sorayama collaboration and was thrilled to find that the piece I was lusting after was available. My partner and I were offered ice tea and settled into plush seats while the SA wrapped the item beautifully for me. We were then walked to the door by the same SA who bid us a very polite farewell. I felt very relaxed even with the language barrier (my Japanese is pretty basic) and would absolutely go back.
