しかし紀州備長炭使用となってますが、
紀州備長炭かは分かりませんでした。
焼き鳥以外は褒めるところはまったくありません。接客業としては完全に成り立ってません。
鳥刺6種頼みましたがその鳥の説明は一切無しで、どの醤油で食べてくださいとかも一切ありません。
店員さんの態度も全て面倒くさそうに見えて居心地を悪くさせる天才の店です。
過去最強最悪の接客態度でした。
場所柄地域密着で頑張らないといけない場所なのに、店内はスカスカで事業の継続出来るのか疑問に感じました。
店主さんもう一度接客業とはなんぞやを考えてみてみませんか？
焼き鳥の味はいいですし刺身も旨いです。お客さんの目線で仕事していただければこのお店は間違いなく繁盛店になります。
石神井の駅前の焼き鳥屋さんは連日お客さんでごったがえしていますよ。
味は変わらないのに。
この先も頑張ってほしいので意見を言わせていただきました。頑張ってください。

 A delicious yakitori restaurant. Especially the yakitori of rare parts such as white liver is insanely delicious.

別に客に媚びるとか、過大なサービスということは求めませんが、そもそも接客業という職種を理解しているのでしょうか。
終始愛想のない店員さんで、食事もどれだけ良い料理を出そうとも美味しく感じられません。(提供された焼き鳥は炭火焼きのくせにオーダーから2〜3分で届きますし、半生でぬるいです)
職人気質なのかなんなのかよくわかりませんが、とにかく気分の悪い空間&食事でした。
食べログとかの口コミでも多数同様のことが書かれてます。
緊急事態宣言中も蔓延防止中もシャッターを閉めて営業されているお店でもあります。それが良いか悪いかは別として。
Anyway, the customer service attitude is the worst!
I don't want to flirt with customers or over-service, but do you understand the job of hospitality in the first place?
The clerk is unfriendly from beginning to end, and no matter how good the food is, it doesn't feel delicious. (The yakitori provided will be delivered within 2 to 3 minutes from the order, even though it is charcoal-grilled, and it is lukewarm for half a lifetime.)
I'm not sure if it's a craftsmanship, but it was a sick space and food.
Many similar things are written in word of mouth such as tabelog.
It is also a shop that is open with the shutter closed during the declaration of an emergency and the prevention of the spread. Whether it's good or bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会計時に何もいただけなかったので「レシートをください」とお願いしたら、面倒そうな顔で渡され そのまま無言で厨房の奥に入っていきました。お店の方に聞きたいです。こちらは普通に「ご馳走さまでした」とお会計をお願いし横柄な態度もとっていません。「レシートください」ってそんなに悪い事ですか？焼き場を担当されてた方です。その方は、終始「いらっしゃいませ」も「ありがとうございました」なく無言でした。二度と行きません。もちろん友人にも薦めません。
I didn't receive anything at the time of checkout, so when I asked for a receipt, I was handed over with a troublesome face and went silently into the back of the kitchen. I would like to ask the shop staff. This is not an arrogant attitude, asking for payment as "It was a treat". Is "receipt please" so bad? The person in charge of the crematorium. The person was silent from beginning to end without saying "Welcome" or "Thank you". I will never go again. Of course I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.
