★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道46号線沿いに一際大きく目立つ店舗は和風作りを基本としながらも正太郎系の味をしっかりと継承。辛いラーメンの「鬼平ラーメン」が人気ですが私は「濃厚魚ダシ中華そば」をAセット(半チャーハン付き)900円で頂きました。魚介がかなり効いたラーメンで美味しかったです。麺量が少な目なのでセットメニューがお勧めです。
The stores that stand out along National Highway 46 are based on Japanese style, but inherit the taste of Shotaro. The spicy ramen "Kihei Ramen" is popular, but I got the "rich fish dashi Chinese noodles" for A set (with half fried rice) for 900 yen. The ramen was delicious with seafood. The set menu is recommended because the amount of noodles is small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族が多く混んでいましたが、カウンター席は空いてました。麺は平打ちで喜多方ラーメンを思い浮べました。麺は硬めで醤油が喜多方ラーメンよりは濃いのかな？と感じました。チャーハンも醤油色で濃い？と思いましたらそうではなく私には、丁度良い味ででした。
The family was crowded, but the counter seats were vacant. The noodles were flat and I thought of Kitakata ramen. The noodles are hard and the soy sauce is thicker than Kitakata ramen? I felt that. Is fried rice also soy sauce-colored and dark? It wasn't so, and it tasted just right for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名前が正次郎に変わりメニューも更新されて初訪問。券売機で発券してからの着席になりました。中華そば頼みましたが麺は平たい喜多方ラーメンみたいな自家製麺でしょうか。スープは魚ダシであっさり、エグ味が感じられました。提供にも18分くらいかかりました。正太郎時代の中華そばの方が好みでしたし提供も早かったですね。
The name changed to Shojiro and the menu was updated for the first time. I was seated after issuing the ticket at the ticket vending machine. I ordered Chinese noodles, but are the noodles homemade like flat Kitakata ramen? The soup was light with fish stock, and I could feel the astringent taste. It took about 18 minutes to serve. I liked Chinese noodles from the Shotaro era, and they served them earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張でお店の前を良く通過していてずっと気になっていたお店。めちゃめちゃ美味しいという訳ではありませんが、昔ながらの基本に忠実な中華そばという感じ。節がベースになっており、かえしもまろやかな甘さがGood! また来たくなる味でした。シナチクは太くて柔らかいが歯応えがあり、岩海苔が良い風味を出しています。美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした！
A shop that I've always been interested in because I often pass in front of the shop on business trips. It's not really delicious, but it feels like Chinese soba that is faithful to the old-fashioned basics. The knots are the base, and the mellow sweetness is good! It was a taste that made me want to come again. Shinachiku is thick and soft, but it is chewy, and rock seaweed gives a good flavor. It was delicious. It was a treat!

おそらくだが、ラードを使用しているのではないかと思うくらい、味がしないのだ！無色透明は怪しい。鶏ガラ、鳥油を使用しているなら黄金色になるはず。
麺とスープがいつまでも会えない甲賀と伊賀のようです。
