★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有馬に用事があって昼に何を食べようかと考えながら車を走らせていたとき、ふと思い出し、かなり久しぶりの来訪。たまには贅沢ランチ。
ピアノの生演奏が流れるちょっとおしゃれで落ち着いた店内。スタッフの対応も流石だ。
黒毛和牛のサーロイン（80g）のコースを頂く。
初めに三田屋自慢のハムと淡路玉ねぎのオードブル。ドレッシングと調和していて最高。何枚でも食べられそう。
続いてサラダが運ばれて来た。リンゴチップが散らしてあるが、これが美味しい。シャキシャキの新鮮野菜に、爽やかな甘味と香りがプラスされている。
今日のスープはトマト仕立て。小さく切られた野菜は、見事なくらい大きさが揃っている。これにトマトの風味とベーコンの旨みが加わって、とてもいい感じだ。冷めないうちにと、飲み干してしまった。
メインのお肉の登場。熱々の鉄板の上で好みの焼き加減に仕上げる、フライドガーリックをのせて口に運ぶ。旨い！柔らかい肉が口の中てほどけ、ジュワッと肉汁の旨みでいっぱいになる。本物の味はやはり違う。肉が少ないかもと思ったが、80gにして正解。旨い肉はもう少し食べたいくらいでやめておかないと、後で脂がくどくなる。
食後はコーヒーかアイスを選べる。どちらも欲しいので、追加してしまった。
堪能させて頂きました。

The real taste is still different. I thought there wasn't much meat, but I made it 80g and the answer was correct. If you don't stop eating delicious meat because you want to eat it a little more, the fat will become dull later.
You can choose coffee or ice cream after meals. I want both, so I added them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コース料理の特選黒毛和牛190gをいただきました。神戸和牛は本日はないとの事で残念?♂️ですが、物凄く美味しかったです^_^
熱々のお皿の上で、自分で焼き加減を調整しながら頂きました^_^
肉やハムが美味しくて他に何食べたかな？という感じです笑笑
揮八郎ビール飲みやすいビールでした。ワインは?赤で飲みやすいものを。と注文したので、何を飲んだか分かりません^_^
スタッフは離れていても見てくれてる感じです。
入口にハムやウインナーなどが販売されているので、家に帰ってからも美味しくいただきました^_^
野菜にだけドレッシングをかけてハムはそのまま食べないと、ハムの味が台無しになる
と学びました笑
そういえば、ピアノの生演奏してくれていました。落ち着いた雰囲気の中、楽しかったので少し私の声うるさかったかもしれません。すみません。

それまでコース料理の最初のサラダとかがあんまり好きでは無い方だったのですが、ここのサラダが美味しくて今でもあの感動を覚えています。もちろん、それ以外のお料理も美味しかったです。少し高めの金額設定なので成人or就職祝いで家族と行きたいと思っています。
