★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飼い主が気になる事は、どんな小さな事でも、ちゃんと話を聞いて下さいます。今まで何件か動物病院へ行きましたが、上から目線で話される先生が多かったので、不愉快になり帰る事が多かったですが、こちらの先生は優しいです。何かあれば、すぐに診てもらってます

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男性の先生がおふたり、電話相談から受付、診察、会計までしてくれました。（毎回じゃなかったらすみません）天気が悪い日だったのでたまたま患者犬さんがいなかったのもあってか、とても丁寧に話を聞いてくれて教えてくれました。そして不安を取り除いてくれました。本当に感謝しております。
怖がりのワンさんですが、ゆっくり慣れるように診ていただいてありがとうございます。個人的に「かかりつけ」にしたい病院さんでした。
Two male teachers provided telephone consultation, reception, medical examination, and accounting. (I'm sorry if it wasn't every time) It was a bad day, so I happened to have no patient dog, so he listened to me very carefully and told me. And he removed my anxiety. I really appreciate it.
I'm scared, but thank you for taking the time to get used to it. It was a hospital that I personally wanted to be a "family member".
