★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 活気のあるお店です。始めに飲み物の他に餃子を何皿注文するか聞かれます。10分くらいかかると説明があるので少し多目に注文しておくと良いかもしれません。餃子はタレをつけなくても美味しくいただけます。
お通しもなく好きなものを好きなだけ食べられるスタイルも良いです。

お店のウリはもちろん餃子だが、普通の餃子だった。
肉汁の量も普通。。。
通りがったら利用するかもしれないが、わざわざ来るまでもない。
I was expecting too much because the store looks delicious.
Of course, the melons in the shop were dumplings, but they were ordinary dumplings.
The amount of gravy is also normal. .. ..

チャーシュー定食、追加で餃子と食べるラー油を注文。
料理がすべてが期待外れ。
チャーシューまさか3枚のみ、これで850円は高い。
食べるラー油も思っていたのと全く違う…
餃子も普通、一つしか食べなかった。
Use for lunch.
I ordered a char siu set meal and additional chili oil to eat with dumplings.
Everything is disappointing.
Only 3 pieces of char siu, 850 yen is expensive.
The chili oil I eat is completely different from what I expected ...
I usually ate only one dumpling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月16日(火)の夕食は、肉汁餃子製作所ダンダダン酒場新小岩店 へ。
入店時の早い時間なので空いていましたが、どんどんお客さんが増えてきて、活気がある店内です。
まずは乾杯！
プレミアムモルツ 480円
馬刺し 3種盛り
赤身、ふたえど、トロ。この日はたてがみがなかったので4種にならなかったのですが、3種類あれば食べ比べも十分楽しめます。
看板の肉汁焼餃子（6コ）
もちもちの皮と、中から肉汁溢れる餃子。しっかり2皿いただきます。
電気ハイボール
俺の麻婆豆腐
グツグツ煮込まれたミニ土鍋で登場。豆腐一丁に餡をたっぷりかけたシンプルな料理ではありますが、これがまた、お酒がすすむ味付けでいいですね。
ホッピーセット 黒
こちら飲み干してナカをオーダーすると、ヤカンを持った店員さんが来てくれて、ストップと言うまで焼酎を入れてくれるので、かなり濃い目で飲んでしまいます。
餃子の皮せんべい
パリパリに揚がった皮に、挽肉をのせていただきます。
塩辛ジャガバター
店員さんの一人に個人的な好みを聞いてみてオーダーしたら正解でした。たっぷりのバターと塩辛がジャガイモによく合います。
パリパリ油淋鶏
カリッと揚がった鶏の唐揚げで、こちらもお酒にピッタリです。
ワイワイ楽しく飲める酒場でした。

Appeared in a mini clay pot that has been simmered. It's a simple dish with a lot of bean paste sprinkled on a piece of tofu, but this is also a good seasoning for sake.
Hoppy set black
If you drink it up and order Naka, a clerk with a kettle will come and add shochu until you say stop, so you will drink it with a rather strong eye.
Gyoza skin rice cracker
We will put the minced meat on the crispy fried skin.
Salted jaga butter
I asked one of the clerk about his personal taste and ordered it, and it was the correct answer. Plenty of butter and salted fish go well with potatoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なん店舗か行っていますが、こちらの系列のお店はなかなかのコスパでクオリティが高いのです。
餃子は皮はパリパリ系ではなくて本格的なモッチモチ系。
個人的な好みはパリパリ系ですが、モチモチ系なのに美味しいと思うことはかなり美味しい餃子なのだと思います。
餃子だけお持ち帰りもできるみたいで頼んでいる人もいました。
何を頼んでも美味しい系の居酒屋で、毎回いろんなものを頼んでみますが、今回はうっかり頼んだ鶏のから揚げや麻婆豆腐が美味しかったです。

Gyoza skin is not a crispy line but a full-blown mochimoti line.
Personal preference is crispy, but I think that it is pretty tasty dumplings to think that it is delicious though it is a bitter mochi type.
Some people are also asking for gyoza just as they can take away.
Even if I asked for anything, I ordered a lot of things every time in a tavern of a delicious system, but this time it was delicious because fried chicken and hemp tofu were delicious.

店内利用でもテイクアウトでも店員さんはサービスがいい感じで気持ち良いです！
