★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10名の歓送迎会で利用しました。以前も利用したので、その際一品無料になるというカードを着席時に出したにもかかわらず、そう言われていません。こちらの不手際でと結局サービスされませんでした。やり方が納得いかないというのが正直な感想です。
 We used it at a welcome and farewell party for 10 people. I used it before, so I didn't say that even though I gave a card at the time of sitting, saying that one item would be free. It wasn't serviced after all because of this misstep. The honest impression is that I am not satisfied with the method.

駅からも近いです。
和食系居酒屋で料理の種類も豊富です。

飲みは毎回ここ使ってたけど
この前タバコ忘れて確実に忘れたの覚えてたから
電話したら届いてないですねって言われたよ。
忘れた自分も悪いけど客の私物に手を付ける従業員がいる所にまた行きたいとは思えない。もう絶対いきません。貴重品じゃなくて良かったと心から思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新小岩南口すぐの複合商業ビル「クッターナ」に入っている居酒屋。全154席／個室28室。
焼き鳥や鍋など必要十分な種類のメニューが揃っている。入店時に注文の仕方だけでなく、トイレの場所、会計の方法（席会計）などの情報を共有してくれるのは親切だと感じた。
お通しがサラダでさらにおかわり自由と聞き、最近の居酒屋はいろいろ洗練されてるなと感心。
自分は食物アレルギーがあるため、あるメニューの原材料を店員に聞いた処、間違った情報を教えられる。店員の態度から怪しいと感じ、店のHPで確認、再度同じ店員に伝えた処「申し訳ないっス」とあまり問題を感じてないようだったので多少呆れる。
彼個人の資質の問題だがほかが良かっただけにちょっと残念。星を一つ減らしておく。
An izakaya in the commercial complex "Kuttana" near the south exit of Shinkoiwa. All 154 seats / 28 private rooms.
There are enough kinds of menus such as yakitori and hot pot. When I entered the store, I felt that it was kind to share information such as the location of the toilet and the accounting method (seat accounting) as well as how to order.
I heard that the izakaya is free to refill with salad, and I was impressed that the izakaya these days are so sophisticated.
I have a food allergy, so when I asked a clerk about the ingredients for a certain menu, I was told the wrong information. I felt suspicious from the attitude of the clerk, checked on the store's website, and when I told the same clerk again, I didn't seem to feel much of a problem, so I was a little surprised.
It's a matter of his personal qualities, but it's a little disappointing because the others were good. Reduce one star.

チェーン店ですが、店員さんの対応が新小岩ではナンバーワン‼️
料理がもっと美味しかったらなぁ…
子連れで来店したことしかありませんが、チェーン店ならではの、子供メニューが１品でもあると助かるかな。
子連れは大概早い時間にパパっと食べて帰ることが多いので、オープンしてから19時までの間にもっと集客できるのではないかと。
まぁ、うちの場合ですがね?
ハラミ軟骨はネギが良い感じでした。

料理はやはりチェーン店、割高感は否めない。

お酒も速攻で持ってきてくれます。
店員さんの態度も良いです。
喫煙も席でできます。
半個室なので、プライベートな会話をしたい時には利用させて頂いています。
深夜までやっているので、時間を気にせず楽しめます。
