肉は全国各地の牧場から一級品を取り寄せており、その時期に最も美味しい肉が食べられます。
また肉だけではなく、魚介類も絶品。オマールエビ、鯛、アワビなど鉄板焼ならではの調理でいただけます。
そして一番大事なのは三島料理長に料理してもらうこと。同じ食材でも味が違います。特に肉と最後のガーリックチャーハンは確実に違いがわかります。
ここで食べるなら三島料理長指名をオススメします。

ホテル直営ですので、安定した料理を提供してくださいます。
私が頼んだのは黒毛和牛の赤身のコースです。
少し年齢が上がってきたので、赤身は安いし胃にもたれないので、丁度いいです。
目の前で料理を作ってくださったシェフは、まだ若かったですが、一生懸命で、素直で、とても好印象でした。これからも頑張ってください！
