hotpepper上で来店日の1週間前にテーブル席指定で予約確定していたにも拘わらず、直前になって突然店側からカウンター席への予約内容変更がされた。
全く身に覚えがなかったので店に電話で問い合わせたところ、「他の予約でテーブル席が満席になったから移動した」とな。
呆れた。そんな店側の都合こっちは知ったこっちゃないし、ましてや席の変更を了承した覚えもない。
まだ、テーブルが満席になった時点で「申し訳ないがカウンターに移動して貰えないか」と連絡をして、こちらが受け入れた上で変更するなら許せるが、今回に関しては完全に店が自分本位で予約内容を変更したとしか思えない。
電話口で何を言っても「テーブル席は用意できない」「ウチはそれでやっている」の一点張りで、一言も謝罪する気がないようなので、諦めてキャンセルした。
もう二度とこの店には関わりたくない。

Although the reservation was confirmed on the hotpepper with a table seat specified one week before the store's arrival date, the reservation content from the store side to the counter seat was suddenly changed immediately before.
I didn't remember it at all, so I asked the store over the phone and said, “I moved because the table was full because of other reservations.”
I was amazed. I don't know the convenience of the store, and I don't remember accepting the seat change.
Still, when the table is full, you can forgive if you change it after accepting it by contacting `` I'm sorry I can move to the counter '' but this is accepted, but for this time the store is completely selfish I can only think that the reservation details have changed.
No matter what I said at the phone, “I can't prepare a table seat” and “I'm doing it with it”, I don't feel like apologizing, so I gave up and canceled it.
I don't want to be involved with this store again.

どれも美味しかったし、ワインも色々選べてgood！ぱっと見、お店が営業してるかどうか分からない点は不安だが、また来たい良い店でした♪次回はやばい餃子、生ラムのステーキを食べたい！
I ordered raw lamb Genghis Khan, anchovy-style french fries, and prosciutto ham.
Everything was delicious and you can choose from a variety of wines! At first glance, I'm worried that I don't know if the restaurant is open, but it was a good restaurant that I would like to visit again ♪ Next time I want to eat yabai dumplings and raw lamb steak!
