★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Japanese dollar store. Unlike other dollar stores 99% of the things there are actually a dollar. So much so that they don't bother putting price tags on everything. Instead they have a big sign at the front saying "if there isn't a price tag the item is ¥100". I bought a decent baseball cap for ¥100 best purchase ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small shop and a bit hidden away on the 7th floor of the department store but it carries the full set of stuff expected for a Daiso to have. Even some more tourist oriented novelty goods

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welcome to the Japanese dollar store. If you want random knick knacks and thingamabos this store has plenty. Majority of the prices are less than 5 dollars or less.
They just seem to carry a lot of little one time use things like a tiny, cheap calculator I needed only once or a cheap pencil holder or cheap gardening supplies and of course the seasonal decorations for cheap. I also do love the Japanese snacks that they offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a first time visitor, it is located on the 7th floor of ABAB building. I thought this Daiso would be just a small branch, but unexpectedly, it is huge and the products are very complete!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love 100 yen shop. It's still unbelievable almost all items are just 100yen!!! It's very nice and convenient to have a Daiso Shop in Ueno area. Shopping for various items can be done efficiently without moving by trains. However, there was a very long line at the cashier and didn't have many variety of products as compare to other shops.
