あ	あいちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I speak both Japanese and English. Japanese staff at the shop left a bad taste in my mouth. Despite only speaking Japanese to her and asking her to speak up more than a couple of times, she was completely inaudible (3 other Japanese were also with me and no one could understand her.) No customer service skills and I was offended when she asked for my zairyuu card for which i do not have because i am Japanese (and for what??) Also, having read a previous review about the miscommunication between the Japanese staff and the customer, i feel that the blame should not be directed towards the customer seeing as the staff could not communicate properly even to 4 Japanese people. Went across the road to the studio and didn’t have a problem with the piercing itself. He did a good job but was hard to warm up to him. Not happy nor convinced about the aftercare methods. It’s the first time i’ve been to a place that does not sell aftercare solution and was only recommended soap and water. Said that ‘ミューズ’ soap could be bought anywhere, but when enquired at several drugstores they said that due to covid-19, the product was not being imported and therefore, unavailable. I feel that as a piercing studio this should have been acknowledged. After all, aftercare is important. Was given a card in case i need to go back with any problems but i think i will go someplace else if the case arises. tldr; Japanese staff unprofessional and rude, piercer did a good job but was not pleased with overall service.
J	Jenna D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store staff and piercer were really helpful and nice. You have to pay at the store then walk a short distance to the piercing studio which is in another location. A little confusing but it was a good set up overall. The piercer came off a bit abrasive at first, but they were really nice once I got used to them and they seemed like they cared a lot of my wellbeing and the after care of my piercing. Would definitely recommend
ざ	ざら（Zara） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my tongue pierced here and despite all the bitter reviews, it was a good experience! The piercer was nice and professional, and gave me a clear aftercare guidance. The process was quick and it didn't hurt at all. I'll be coming back if I want more piercings!

Awhile back I tried to pierce them myself but messed up so after the hole grew shut I decided to get them done by a professional. He was very precise when marking where the piecing would go. My first piercing on the lobe was not even due to getting them done at a young age so he took that into account when marking where the second ones would go. At first I doubted both ears would match after looking in the mirror but since I messed up last time using my own judgement I decided to trust his expertise. Let me tell you, they turned out great! He knew exactly what he was doing and was very patient with me when I kept doubting him lol. The price was the most affordable in the area (cheaper ones were done with a piercing gun). The service was excellent and I will definitely go back if I decide to get any more piercings done. 10/10 recommend!

Reducing the length as you adjust to the piercing really helps to prevent accidental biting while eating, and plastics really help avoid dental damage. The shop had a nice selection of metal thread, plastic piercings, too. Go here to replace your piercing studio steel piercings ASAP. ? The also do a great tiny, clear plastic 16G ball that is super hard to see. ? Staff can measure existing piercing. Chopping and rethreading takes a couple of minutes. They have an extensive range of other piercings.
C	Citadel Cordero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im not a native Japanese speaker so it was a relief that the staff here can speak English fluently. He’s nice and very professional. The actual studio where they do the piercing and tattoos was easy to find but you have to pay and choose the earrings you like in AbAb at the 2nd floor first. The price was very reasonable compared to others. This place is highly recommended.

His attitude is a little off putting but you soon realize it's just the way he is and no hard feelings. He was also very knowledgeable. The only thing is, where you pay and where u get the piercing done are 2 separate places but it's quite easy to find. Also the lady who works in the jewelry shop is quite lovely. Speaks a little English and what she cannot say she uses her phone to translate. Oh and I got my septum done. The clamp hurt a bit like 4/10 but I didn't feel the needle go through. No pain at all. Love my piercing.
