★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無料駐車場あります。展望台の頭上に市のサイレンがあり、夕方の放送が鳴ると飛び上がるほど驚く。
 There is free parking. There is a city siren above the observatory, and when the evening broadcast sounds, you will be surprised to jump up.

が、管理されていないようで、階段がコケだらけ。道路に面した駐車場には、なんだかのティッシュが散乱しているし。⤵⤵⤵
If it's sunny, I think the scenery on the west side is good.
However, it seems that it is not managed, and the stairs are full of moss. Some kind of tissue is scattered in the parking lot facing the road. ⤵⤵⤵

When I tried to go with a child, I couldn't help but be careful of wasps. It is dangerous to have wasps flying around the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道から、すぐなのでわかりやすいと思います。駐車場も広いので安心です。すぐそばに自販機もあるので、買ってから展望台にあがるのも良いかもしれません。コーヒーでも飲みながら、ゆっくりと景色を見るのもありです。ただし、ゴミはきちんと持ち帰りましょう。上に登ると360度とはいきませんが、晴れていれば、遠くの山々、街並みが見れるでしょう。注文をつけさせてもらうと、展望台頂上に、簡素でよいので主要な山や建物等がわかる案内が欲しいかも。方角表示だけでもあると良いと思いました。
I think it's easy to understand because it's right from the national highway. There is also a large parking lot so you can rest assured. There is a vending machine right next to it, so it might be a good idea to buy it and then go to the observatory. You can also slowly enjoy the scenery while drinking coffee. However, take garbage properly. If you climb up, it will not reach 360 degrees, but if it is sunny you will see distant mountains and cityscapes. When you place an order, you may want a guide on the top of the observatory that tells you the main mountains and buildings as it is simple and good. I thought it would be nice to have only a direction display.

清掃が行き届いた感じでは無く、放置状態のようですね。
晴れた日には富士が見えるようですけどね。見えるのは”緑”ばかり･･･
Garbage is scattered in the parking lot.
It doesn't seem to be thoroughly cleaned, but it seems to be left alone.
Fuji seems to be visible on a sunny day. Only "green" can be seen...
