★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a nice park with less crowd. I didn’t see any foreign tourists when I was there,most local Japanese. Cherry blossoms are beautiful, need to pay to get in Japanese garden, but totally worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful park with a lovely Japanese garden in it. It has a pond with some pretty bridges. The constructions there (a veranda, a gazeebo...) have a Japanese traditional style. It's really recommended to go there on a sunny day, in the afternoon, and take some time to wander around. Good spot to take beautiful photos.
