★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 廃墟の中に図書館がある感じ。政令指定都市の中央図書館としてはお粗末すぎる。耐震的にもバリアフリーの面からも建て替えて欲しい。働いている方は皆さん心配りが行き届いていると感じる。
It feels like there is a library in the ruins. It's too poor for a central library in a government-designated city. I want you to rebuild it from the viewpoint of earthquake resistance and barrier-free. I feel that everyone who works is very careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍の影響でいけない時もありましたが、開館すると大勢利用しています。本を読む事がしんどい時もありますが、勉強したい気持ちがあります。ネットやスマホでは出会えない奥行きがあります。利用しなければもったいないと考えています。
建物に向かって左側に与謝野晶子の歌碑があります。
追記です。建物が古臭いとか暗いとか言われているようですが、自分はこの雰囲気も味わいと思います。
There were times when I couldn't do it due to the corona sickness, but when it opened, many people used it. Sometimes it's hard to read a book, but I have a desire to study. There is a depth that you can not meet on the net or smartphone. I think it's a waste to use it.
There is a monument of Akiko Yosano on the left side of the building.
P.S. It seems that the building is old-fashioned or dark, but I think that this atmosphere is also enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪府は、万博までに、こ衛星都市の文化教育施設を（建物をこわすのではなく）いきいきとした空間として大阪の伝統をほこれるように再生する協力体制をくむべきです。古墳をみにきた海外の人たちが、大仙公園からふらっと公共図書館に入れるような文化的な都市であることが、将来のインバウンド関連事業を支えてくれるはずです。
写真は男子トイレで、手前でようをたすと、奥の小便器は使えない、あるいは身動きできない狭さです。パーティションの工夫でなんとかできるとおもいました。
By the time of the Expo, Osaka Prefecture should establish a cooperative system to regenerate the cultural education facility of this satellite city as a lively space (rather than destroying the building) so as to cultivate the tradition of Osaka. A cultural city where foreigners who come to see the tumulus can easily enter the public library from Daisen Park should support future inbound-related businesses.
The photo shows the men's toilet, and if you put it in front of you, you can't use the urinal in the back, or you can't move. I thought that I could manage it by devising a partition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつの間にかフリーWiFiが繋がるようになっていました。情報処理関係のコアな本があってちょっと覗いてみたい時に助かります。1階の自習コーナーは冬場はかなり寒いのでブランケットが要ります。
Before I knew it, free WiFi was connected. It is helpful when you have a core book related to information processing and want to take a look. The self-study corner on the 1st floor is quite cold in winter, so you need a blanket.
