★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで無料査定して買取してもらえるとの事で見てもらいに伺ったら、査定して欲しいって言った時点で受け付けないと門前払いされました。店側としては、査定して安かったら偽物とか判断されたくないとの事。偽物だとしても買い取って勉強させていただいているって言ってましたが、本物か偽物か見極めて持ってきた客に親切丁寧に教えて適切な金額を提示してあげるのが普通なのではないでしょうか？
店に入ってきても客そっちのけで挨拶もしない。主観になりますが、客層見ている感じ。査定のスタッフは完全に上から目線でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買取店員をやってる者です。店の雰囲気だけがいい店。ギャランティないと買わないとか他の方も言ってる通り店員の真贋・査定レベルが低すぎる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はブランドバッグの鑑定人の仕事をしていた経験がありますが、今回は依頼を受けて貴店の覆面調査をしました。ブランドの知識はあっても多くは語らず、店側の対応を見ていました。
案の定、理由をつけられて本物のブランドも査定して貰えませんでした。
地元の質屋に依頼したところ、9万円にもなりました。
中古とはいえ、そのぐらい価値のある本物のエルメスのバックですら、お客の足元を見て平気であしらわれます。
因みに大黒屋の横浜店、渋谷店、町田店とも
ある程度の取引はあり、他店ではちゃんと
S.A.B.Cランクで寝付けも納得のいく金額で
して頂けました。
今度、エルメスのバーキンかケリーのバックを2つ3つ叔母から借りて対応を見てみたいと思います。
他のお客様の為にも大黒屋や評判のためにも
正当な評価をお願いしたいと思います
