★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 救急車で行ったのですが、女医さんも看護士も何の説明がなく、なんだぁこの病院っ！て思った！！タクシー呼んで帰ったけど、タクシーが到着したとたん「来ましたよ」と言って、スタスタ出口に看護士１人でさっさと行き病人に対して「大丈夫ですか？ゆっくりで…」という優しい言葉もなかった(｀Δ´)
病院の人達はいろいろ見てきていてどうってことないのかもしれないけど、こっちは初めての経験で何も分からないのに、失礼すぎる！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事中不審者に押されて左膝下を骨が見えるまで深い傷を負ったため救急車で当院に。
救急の先生や看護師、受付の人の対応は凄く良かったのに、退院当日、救急で治療してる時にもう一度治療した方がいいと言われたことの詳しい説明を担当医に聞こうと思ったら、担当医が手術が立て込んでて忙しかったらしく、1件終わった後来てくれたのはいいが、半ギレしながら強い口調で説明されました。
結局は怪我だから早く治るし自分自身の問題だからリハビリって言われて、こっちは初めての大怪我だし自分が転んで負った怪我じゃないし、怖くて精神的にも来てたのにそんな言い方されて泣いてしまいました。
説明終わるともういい？って言われてそそくさ手術に向かいました。
正直もう行きたくはないです。

Then, the doctor in charge seemed to be busy with the surgery, and it would be nice if he came after one case was completed, but he explained in a strong tone with a half-scratch.
In the end, it's an injury, so it's healed quickly, and it's my own problem, so I was told to rehabilitate. I cried.
Is it okay to finish the explanation? I went to the operation immediately.
To be honest, I don't want to go anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接骨院行ったら骨折の疑いありと言われ、整形外科の救急で行きましたが、診察後の待ち時間が酷い。先生から湿布処方して頂けるともいわれず、受付で湿布ほしいの？ほしくないの？とか看護師さんにいわれてよく分からなかった。
忙しいのは分かりますが、ここまで救急外来で酷いのは初めて。
もう整形外科の救急でお願いする場合は、他院探します。
ちなみに骨折では無かった。
救急外来の場合、一時金1万円。正直高い。

じゃれ遊んでいた早朝より肘内側を外してしまい、近所の整形外科に行ったのですが土曜日でしたが祝日だったためやっておらず
市立病院へ救急で向かおうとお電話したところ急患のオペで診察がストップしており、朝から随時お電話で伺うも15時になっても診察が開始されずストップのまま。
救急問い合わせのお電話でこちらの病院を紹介していただき伺うと
受付の方や看護師さんは優しく、すぐに診察していただけて
先生もお子様に慣れていらっしゃって一瞬で治して下さいました。
古い外観や口コミで少し不安がありましたがとても良かったので安心しました。
医療証があったため一時金も預けずに済みましたし、子どもの救急の際はこちらにお世話になりたいなと思いました。
