でも２回目３回目になると営業マン待ってても『お待たせしてすいません』とかの一言もなし。
見積りお願いしてもこっちから希望を言わない限り提案もなし。黙～ってただ待つだけ。
なのに説明もなく勝手に点検パックは入れるわ、納車費用は入れるわとかなりずさん。
相手をした営業はそこそこベテランみたいだけど、接客業としてどうかと思う。
結局他のディーラーにすることに。
こういう対応だと新人の方がよっぽど一生懸命で好印象だ。

But when it comes to the second and third times, even if I wait for the salesman, there is no word like "I'm sorry to have kept you waiting".
Even if you ask for a quote, there is no suggestion unless you tell us your hope. Just wait for silence.
However, it is quite sloppy that I will put in the inspection pack without explanation and I will put in the delivery cost.
The sales partner is like a veteran, but I think it's a hospitality business.
After all, I decided to make it another dealer.
With this kind of response, newcomers are working harder and have a better impression.

車検で行ったのですが、値段が高いとか、態度がでかいとか、そんな印象でしたが、全く違ってました。
感じも良いし、とっても親切でした。
