すごく横柄な態度で、不具合の原因もわからない。との一点張り。
調査や確認作業等もしてくださいませんでした。
不安な気持ちでそのまま車で家に帰りましたので、無駄足でした。
購入やお金が発生する際だけでなく、その後の対応もブランドイメージに繋がると思いましたのでぜひ改善してほしいとおもいレビューします。
