私と大家さんの間で、契約手続きに関する重大な認識齟齬が発生しました。原因は担当者の情報伝達力不足です。
入居者と大家さんの仲介を生業としている人間が、このようなミスを犯すのは決して軽視できるものではないと思います。

ただ、メールの返信や確認しますと言って保留にしていたことの連絡等、対応が所々遅いのは気になりました。
また、必要な書類を後日送ると言われ待っていたのですが、1ヶ月以上経っても送る気配がないので問い合せたところ、「送ります」の一言だけ。
しばらく時間が経っているのだから、遅くなりすみませんくらい言うべきだと思いました。

また内見の際は、物件だけでなく街の雰囲気や近隣のスーパーの様子等も一緒に回って見てくださり、新生活のイメージも湧きやすかったです。
また良い意味で、ぐいぐい営業かけられることもなく、このスタンスが個人的にはとても有難かったです。
とても気持ちよくお引っ越しが出来そうだと思いました。お引っ越しを検討しているのであればおすすめです。
