★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常に対応が悪い。物件の管理が不行き届きが多く、トイレ・換気扇の故障が入居時の段階であった。またその修理を対応の依頼をしたにも関わらず、1週間以上連絡がなく、こちらが催促してようやく動き始めた。
Very poor response. There were many poor management of the property, and the toilet and ventilation fan were out of order at the time of moving in. In addition, despite requesting repairs, I had not been contacted for more than a week, and this urged me to finally start working.

・入り口が暗かったり店員が強面だったりするが、対応は文句無いくらいに丁寧かつ親身だった。(愛想も良い)
・契約内容の説明も雑ではなく丁寧であるため不信感を抱かずに契約ができた。
