Y	YULIA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 利用に条件がありますが、とても寛げる場所で私は好きです。ただ、コーヒー紅茶などのお茶系飲み物のマシンのみ自由に使用でき、セルフです。ソフトドリンクはありません。おつまみ程度のおやつも食べるのはNGです。そこを気にしなければ、雑誌もそこそこありますし、何よりもビルの11階から八重洲や日本橋方面の街並みの景色を見ながらコーヒーを飲んで寛げる時間はここだから得られる格別なものだと思います。 There are conditions for use, but I like it because it is a very relaxing place. (I think there was another card that can be used) It is vacant from the customer lounge of other department stores. I am glad that the drinks are self-service and I have caffeineless coffee personally. The view is well saved because I can relax and have a coffee when I am tired from shopping and want to take a break.

M	M H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在は飲み物の提供が、コロナの影響で有りませんので、椅子に座って休憩するのみとなりガッカリ。また1時間の制限が有ります。持ち込んだ缶コーヒーとケーキを食べている女性がいたので、持ち込みは注意されない模様。コロナ対応迷走してますね。椅子は経年劣化が目立ち古めかしく、座り心地も良くない。 11階からの展望ですが、周りの建物が高く、遠くまで見渡せたりするわけでもないので、開放感は○ですが、景観は特筆すべき点は無し。コロナの影響か、ガラガラなのは良いです。とは言え、飲み物が出ないならカフェに入った方が個人的には良いです。 Currently, the provision of drinks is not influenced by Corona, so I am disappointed that I only have to sit in a chair and take a break. A	Aaron Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complementary access to the lounge is very nice as a perk of the Daimaru Gold card. I was lucky to be able to relax here for a bit as my friend is a cardmember, and I was able to enter as a companion for free. Water, fairly good espresso, iced coffee are offered for free. Just based in these factors I would give the lounge 5 stars. However having been here with my friend a few times now, I notice a pattern of condescending attitude towards people entering who don't fit the "standard model" of a Daimaru customer, even if they are legitimate gold card members. The staff often act as if they are personally putting you up in their private living room rather than administering a service funded by the loyal shoppers and cardmembers themselves. This limits the enjoyability of an otherwise very nice and convenient resting place, and kills any motivation I have towards buying something from Daimaru.
