★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to find shower in the morning but that makes sense, they have various kinds of tea offerings for free. Also miso soup for free as well. Comfortable seats and so so beddings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can relax and refresh before boarding. JPY500.- we can take a shower for 25 minutes. If you need the towel + JPY200. Coffee and tea and Miso soup can be enjoyed by free of charge. I will use this bus again and recommend to the others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this lounge for about 2.5 hts before catching my shinkansen train to Nagano. Maybe the ambiance doesn't look that VIP however the amenities are very good. I could do my makeup, organize my luggages, catch up my emails, etc comfortably there. The price was good compared with any airport lounge day pass in US. It is not luxurious experience but definitely very practical.
One thing surprised me is the lounge was full when i was there but man it was as quiet as library! i guess only in Japan!

That you just want to take selfie after you put on makeup.
They say VIP. But actually it’s a company name so might be you will miss understand.
But they have
Free wifi, free drink , free reading book ,
Shower what was good for women is they have place to makeup up. Perfect mirror and they put cotton, cotton pod, toner and moisturiser. So you can cream off your makeup or put on your makeup.
And night bus was super cheap so I can’t complain.
Why it’s 4 star is... just you need to walk for 5-10 min to ride a bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lounge is great if you have a ticket for the VIP bus (the name of the company, not an indication of luxury FYI). Lots of tables with power, WiFi, free tea (hot and cold), coffee, water, and miso soup. The women's powder room is on the 3rd floor. When the bus comes, you get called to the second floor to check in and you all walk out in a line out to meet the bus, like kindergarten kids.
