★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aman Tokyo’s Afternoon tea is by far the best that i went to. The place is elegant and the servers are polite and nice. I went there 3:30 perfect time for winter sunset and the way the sun hit the venue is perfect. I would definitely gonna go back for more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 33rd floor. It’s a huge, elegant space with excellent views of the city. I was there for the afternoon tea (the theme changes regularly). You have 2.5 hours at your table, all-you-can-drink tea, and a variety of sweets and savories. It’s a huge amount of food and you definitely fill up, so there’s no need to rush: enjoy all 2.5 hours. Service is very attentive. I also liked that even though the space was fairly full, there wasn’t really any bleeding of conversation and noise, so it actually felt quite intimate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love doing high tea in all the cities I go to in the world, its been something I have been doing for years. The high tea at the Aman hotel was one of the best I've had. The interior of the place is so sleek and modern. Everything is dark but very chic. You are on the 32nd floor and have panoramic views of Tokyo.
The presentation of the desserts were beautiful. They bring out a chest and open it in front of you with all the desserts and you get to pick the ones you want. All the finger foods were delicious. I'm a vegetarian and they were able to accommodate me which was great!
We sat there for a good 2 hours just enjoying our high tea. I'm so excited to go back to Tokyo so I can come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my personal list of highlights in Tokyo :) perfect service by staff, eloquent place in full view of tokyo skyline while sipping your exquisite selections of cocktails and sake. The place is very peacefully quiet, exclusive and one of the most comfortable lounge i sit on. Not to mention the view.
I can sit down in their lobby fully relaxing while appreciating the huge and unique architectural works they put into this place all day long.
We are very satisfied with our orders, would really love to try their selections of desserts and tea set on the next opportunity
This is the place that made my trip worth and memorable, definitely my choice for a romantic place to be lol...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember dining here when they first opened and being disappointed but I thought I would give it another go since the Christmas afternoon tea looked attractive in the pictures. Alas... the food was again lacklustre. There were so many overly sweet items that I felt quite sick and couldn't finish the last piece of tart. The scones were so dry and hard that I found them hard to swallow. The amount of clotted cream was too little for four pieces of scones. The cappuccino was made with automatic machines that dispense over-aerated milk. The only consolation was that tea and coffee were all-you-can-drink so at least I could try a few things. At over 8,000yen per head, I can't recommend this place and I definitely won't be going back. The view was very nice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware. Not 5-star courtesy. What does five-star mean to you?
My friend and I visited the lounge for the seasoned high tea on Dec. I requested our table at the window side when I made a reservation, although they said they would try but may not be able to do so due to the seating capacity in the same time slot. Anyway, I was hoping we would get a skyscraper view of Tokyo at dusk.
When we got there, the waiter escorted us in proximity to the cross-aisle table without not informing us about the window side. I felt it was awkward that they put us in the middle of the room next to the wall WITHOUT conveying the reservation details I requested in advance. They could've responded better for effective customer communication.
From my experiences visiting so-called 5-star hotels, they comprehend our whole level of requests, minor to significant. The courtesy and hospitality reflect the action to acknowledge our needs...
The interior and installation seemed state of the art. We started tea late afternoon, around dusk, but the lighting was a bit far enough. So I requested a waitress if we could move to the window side. I saw empty tables for at least an hour while we were there. The answer was, "we have another reservation, sorry we cannot take your request." I noticed another a couple of hours we were sitting at the aisle table, none of the guests were coming to the window table! I knew her response was utterly on a manual script. That's not agile at all.
If you follow the standard service rules, anyone can do that. 5 star creates something extraordinary experience for customers wanting to return.
That said, the overall experience was riveting and fascinating, the mini-meal including delicate finger sandwiches, filling sweats, warm scones served with clotted/jams, and a variety of tea/coffee. We enjoyed the time spent over the meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very gorgeous, pretty and satisfied afternoon tea. It's located at 33F and the view is so beautiful. The design is full modern Japanese and very sophisticated. All elements are included in the price ¥7500. You must need to make a reservation ahead. If it's your special occasion, they can add a message chocolate board on your plate.:))
