★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カツ丼とたぬきそばのセット(900円)を、いただきました。
お蕎麦は、ゆで太郎に似ているなぁと思いました。(私は鼻が悪いのでわからないのですが、香りは全然違うのかもしれません。)
カツ丼は、味濃い目でした。
どちらも美味しかったです。
それと小鉢で、天ぷらがついてきました。このタレがかわっていてこれまた美味しかったです。

 I got a set of Katsu-don and Tanuki soba (900 yen).
I thought buckwheat is similar to boiled taro. (I don't know because I have a bad nose, but the scent may be completely different.)
The katsudon had a strong taste.
They were both delicious.
And with a small bowl, the tempura came. This sauce was changed and it was delicious again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の11時過ぎに行く。先客は主婦らしき女性2人。テーブル席が30席弱。座敷席は個室で8人ほど入れる。
・二八せいろ 900円 税込
「新そば」と書かれている。
15分ほどで料理が提供された。
つゆは少ない。その一方で濃い。
そばは歯応えは今一つだが美味しい。
そば湯は最初に提供される。つゆがほとんど残っていなかったのでまず最初に一杯いただいて次にそば湯だけをいただいた。
大葉の天ぷらが付いていた。ダイエット中だが全部食べた。
先客の女性の片方がうるさく閉口した。
店員は老夫婦と思われる男女2人。マスクをしている。入口に除菌用アルコールが置かれている。BGMはポップスのインストゥルメンタルアレンジがごく小さく流れている。先程の女性客の声でかき消されてよく聞こえない。後から来た客は酒とつまみを頼んでいた。
現金のみ。
店はさびれた商店街の中でかろうじて生き残っているという趣き。商店街の駐車場が利用できるかもしれない。（2020年11月15日）
I'm going after 11:00 on Sunday. The first customers are two women who seem to be housewives. There are less than 30 table seats. The tatami room can accommodate about 8 people in a private room.

It says "new soba".
The food was served in about 15 minutes.
There is little soup. On the other hand, it is dark.
Soba is not very chewy but delicious.
Soba hot water is served first. There was almost no soup left, so I had a cup first and then only soba hot water.
It had perilla tempura. I'm on a diet but I ate everything.
One of the female customers was noisy and closed.
The clerk is two men and women who are thought to be an elderly couple. I'm wearing a mask. Alcohol for sterilization is placed at the entrance. BGM has a very small instrumental arrangement of pop music. I can't hear it well because it was drowned out by the voice of the female customer. Later customers were asking for sake and snacks.
Cash only.
The store is a taste that barely survives in a deserted shopping street. Parking lots in the shopping district may be available. (November 15, 2020)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雰囲気も値段も、気のおけない地元のお蕎麦屋さんという感じ。季節の野草を使った天ぷらがあれば、ぜひ食してみてください。車（二輪車や自転車もだけど）でなければ、美味しい日本酒もあります。
The atmosphere and price are like a casual local soba restaurant. If you have tempura made with seasonal wildflowers, please try it. If it's not a car (motorcycles and bicycles), there are also delicious sake.

残念ながら手打ち蕎麦が終わってしまっていたのでまた次回リベンジしたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手打ちそばで、地元の方に人気の「長寿庵」さん。このお店に来たら自慢の二八そば、せいろそばは食べて行ってください。
それでも足りないという方には、丼セットもしくは、定食セットをお薦めします。
値段は１２００円と少し高めですが、きっと満足して頂けると思います。
写真は丼セットで、内訳はたぬきそば、山菜丼、天ぷら少々、お新香です。
Choshu-an is popular with locals for making soba noodles. If you come to this restaurant, please eat the proud 28 soba and seiro soba.
If you are still missing, we recommend a bowl set or a set meal set.
The price is a little expensive at 1200 yen, but I think you will be satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小さな商店街にあるお店で昔から利用しています。出前の配達の方は職人気質なのか、愛想は悪いのですが、カツ丼（¥1,100）は美味しい。インスタントで良いのでお吸い物が付くと良いなあ。
I have been using it for a long time at a shop in a small shopping district. The delivery service is not very friendly, probably because it is a craftsman, but the katsudon (¥ 1,100) is delicious. It's good to be instant, so it would be nice to have soup.

お酒が美味しいです。
左隣が行列のできる有名なパン屋さんで、右隣がカフェです。
しばらくお休みでしたが、5月から再開されたようです。
