實	實野孝幸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンク修理でいきました閉店20分前に行ったのですが、引き渡しは明日になるといわれました。修理するのに時間がかかるのはわかるので、仕方ないとは思ってましたしかし、お客さんがいないからか、20時まで営業してると書いてるのにシャッターをほとんど閉めていました早く帰りたい気持ち等はわかりますが、20時まで営業と書いてるのなら20時まで営業するべきだと思いますちょっとスタッフの態度等にムカついたので書きました I went for a flat tire repair I went 20 minutes before the store closed, but it was said that the delivery would be tomorrow. ま	まる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理依頼をしました。後日引き取りに行くと全然直って無くて再度修理依頼になりました。再び後日引き取りにいき修理完了。微塵もお詫びの言葉もないまま終了。異次元の接客レベルに終始驚いていました。修理担当したのは誰だったかなー？みたいな他人事スタンスでした。ついでに最初に直って無かった時は『もう直ぐ閉店の時間だから今からは修理出来ない、次の日も他の修理が入ってるから朝１も修理出来ない』との事でした。モヤモヤした気持ちを口コミに書きました。 I made a repair request. と	とむとむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンクで来店しました。裏の入り口に着いたら、すぐに外に出て対応して下さり、扉も開けてくれたりと丁寧な対応でした。修理の間はベンチがあり座って待ちました。タイヤの劣化が酷かったのでタイヤ交換をしましたが、時間も5分位でとても早かったです。若いお兄さんでしたが、とても丁寧でした。 I came to the store with punk. ラ	ララフェル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の方はとても親切ですよー車は表側（ときはま線）と裏側からも入れますし、修理の受付も裏側になります。裏側出入口は結構な勾配が有るので車高の低い車は危険です。自転車も沢山置いてあるので色々選べると思います。又、２Fに子供用とクロスバイクも置いています。ロードバイクは今の所置いてないのでロードバイク探されてる方はご注意を! 無料の空気入れは、英、米、仏揃ってます。 The shop is very kind!
