シルバー派遣で仕事もさせていただきながら、生活にメリハリができ、楽しくカーブスに通っています。
足腰もほとんど痛みもなくなりとても嬉しいです。
インストラクターの先生方も何時も笑顔で迎えて下さりとても癒されます。これからも頑張って通いますので、宜しくお願いします。
It's been 5 years since I went to Curves. There were times when I hurt my legs and back, but now I'm glad I continued to attend.
While I was dispatched to Silver to work, I was able to improve my life and enjoy going to Curves.
I am very happy that my legs and hips are almost painless.
The instructors are always welcoming me with a smile and I am very healed. I will continue to do my best, so I look forward to working with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年9月から通っています。楽しいですよ、予約は入らないし連絡も必要なくて自分のペースで行きたいときに行けるのが良いですね！12のマシーンを使って運動してます。驚きなのは始める前は左腕が痛くて整形外科に通ってましたがカーブスに通って2週間位で治っちゃいました！?運動中はマスク着用で換気もバッチリで凄く楽しいです！20代から80代後半位のメンバーさんが頑張ってます！私も?ます！男性用のカーブスがあれば家の旦那を通わせたい！
I have been attending since September last year. It's fun, it's good to be able to go when you want to go at your own pace without making reservations or contacting us! I'm exercising with 12 machines. What surprised me was that I had a pain in my left arm before I started and went to orthopedics, but after going to Curves, I was cured in about 2 weeks! ? Wearing a mask while exercising and ventilation is perfect and it's really fun! Members in their 20s to late 80s are doing their best! I am ? too! If you have curves for men, I want to let my husband go through!

私は聴覚障害者で、良く聞こえないので、コミュニケーションが、簡単ではありませんが、耳元で分かるまできちんと説明して頂けるので、有難いです。
腰やひざが痛い時も、適格にアドバイス頂き？痛みが軽減しています。
週一しか行けませんが、頑張って続けて、生涯歩ける人生でありたいと思っています。

I'm a hearing-impaired person and I can't hear well, so communication isn't easy, but I'm grateful that you can explain it to your ears.
If you have a pain in your lower back or knees, can you give me proper advice? The pain is reduced.
I can only go there once a week, but I want to continue working hard and have a life that I can walk for a lifetime.
