スタッフの方を含め、女性しかいないので…周りをあまり気にしなくていいのはありがたいです。
また、やる内容はいつも同じで…マシン→ランニングを2周したあとでストレッチをします。
大体30分です。
どれからやろうとか、何をやったらいいのかとか、他のジムなどと違って、トレーニング内容に迷う必要がないのはありがたいです。
また、スタッフの方がマシンを使うときに回って見て、アドバイスしてくださるのも助かります。
毎月あたまに測定があるので、自分の身体の状態がわかりやすいです。
身長や体重以外にも、腹囲や太もも周りも測定していただけますし、簡単な筋力測定も2ヶ月に1度行われます。
来店ごとや、測定に参加することで貯まるポイントで、Tシャツやタオルなどの様々なグッズと交換できるのもやりがいに繋がると思います。
若い方も少なからずいらっしゃるので、年配の方以外も使いやすいと思います。

Since there is a measurement every month, it is easy to understand your physical condition.
In addition to height and weight, you can also measure waist circumference and around the thighs, and a simple muscle strength measurement is also performed once every two months.
I think that it will be rewarding to be able to exchange for various goods such as T-shirts and towels at the points that are accumulated by coming to the store and participating in the measurement.
There are a few young people, so I think it's easy to use other than the elderly.
