一日券、回数券、１ヶ月券や３ヶ月券などがあり自分のペースで通えば超コスパの良いジムです。
上履き用シューズとタオルは必須です。
男女別の更衣室があります。
ランニングマシン、バイクやウェイトトレーニング等の機械が有りますが基本的にコーチは居ないので自分で考えてメニーを作らなければいけません。
固いこと言わずに好きな機械を使えばそのうち分かってくるはずです。
