たかが30分の運動で痩せるわけがないとタカをくくっていたが、通い始めて5ヶ月、お腹周りがマイナス10センチ減?体重も5キロ近く減った
もちろん目標を持って通った結果でもあると思うが、コーチ方の励ましやアドバイスがあったからだと感謝してる
感じ方は人それぞれだが、私には合ってると思うのでこれからも続けていこうと思います
