羽	羽野佐代子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退職してから昨年の１２月までは、母屋の解体工事と和室の増築などに関わる職人さんのオヤツ作りに明け暮れていました。今年に入りふと我に返った時、身体の為に何かしなくちゃと一念発起❗️でも、何をしたら❓そんな時目に飛び込んで来たのがカーブスでした。申し込みから２〜３日で体験に、、、。コーチはみんな明るく親切だし、何しろ下の名前で呼ばれるのは友達以外初でしたから新鮮でした?これならと初回から入会を決めました。通い始めてまだ６回めで、これまでは膝蓋骨折した左膝を庇って何もして来なかったのが嘘みたいにマシンを使っても平気で膝に少し自信がもてました。そうなると通うのが待ち遠しくて?それを察したコーチからは「毎日通ってもいいんですよ。」と声をかけていただき毎回楽しく通わせていただいてます??コーチ陣の明るい声かけやアドバイスに励まされています。コロナ禍でも、こんな楽しみがあったんだ? と嬉しくなりました?これからも頑張ります。 From the time I retired until December of last year, I was devoted to making oyatsu by craftsmen involved in the demolition work of the main building and the extension of the Japanese-style room. I decided to join from the first time. It's been the 6th time since I started going, and I didn't do anything with my left knee with a broken patella. It's okay to use the machine like a lie, and I feel a little confident in my knee. When that happens, I can't wait to go there ? The coach who saw it said, "It's okay to go every day." I am encouraged. Even with the corona wreck, I had this kind of fun ? I'm happy ? I will continue to do my best.
