私にとってカーブスは、心身のメンテナンスの為の憩いの場所になっています。
ここにみえる会員の皆様は、現状維持の方もいらっしゃれば、更に美しくと自分磨きに頑張っていらっしゃる方も、またリハビリの一環としてトレーニングされている方もいらっしゃって…。
様々な年代の方が（たぶん）様々な悩みを抱えながらも明るい表情で一生懸命マシンに取り組まれてみえる姿を見て、いつも元気をもらえます。
そんな会員の方々一人一人に寄り添い、いつも温かいポジティブな声かけ出来るコーチ陣は、ホントに素晴らしい！！
頭が下がります。どんなに忙しくても、明るく元気に振る舞って貰えて、感謝感謝?
昨年の冬、寒くてもファイトオー！とカーブスに行き、トレーニングを終えた後の爽快感は格別だったことを思い出しました。
心も体もポカポカ！！
これからも「○○さん、こんにちは〜！！」のコーチ達の笑顔の声かけで元気をもらい、筋トレ頑張るぞ〜！???
It's been a year since I was taken care of.
For me, Curves is a place of relaxation for physical and mental maintenance.
Some of the members who can be seen here are those who maintain the status quo, those who are trying hard to improve themselves to be more beautiful, and those who are being trained as part of rehabilitation.
Seeing people of all ages (probably) working hard on the machine with a cheerful expression, despite having various worries, always rejuvenates me.
The coaches who can always give warm and positive voices to each of these members are truly wonderful! !!
My head goes down. No matter how busy you are, thank you for being cheerful and energetic ?
Fight o even if it's cold last winter! I went to Curves and remembered that the exhilaration after training was exceptional.
Your mind and body are warm! !!
From now on, I will continue to work hard with the smiles of the coaches of "Hello, Mr. XX!" ???
