体脂肪も減って骨格筋率も上がって成果もばっちりです！
The atmosphere is very good. I'm glad to hear from my coach all the time. Even if the members meet outside of Curves, they will immediately know that they are members with the same mask and greet them.
Body fat is reduced, skeletal muscle percentage is increased, and the results are perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カーブスに加入して三年程です。膝が痛くて、あちこち病院等通って治らなかったのですが、カーブスに加入して膝の痛みがなくなりました。雰囲気が明るくて、友達も出来ました。病気で悩んでいる人が、カーブスを体験して元気になられる事を願っています。
It's been about three years since I joined Curves. I had a pain in my knee and I couldn't get rid of it by going to hospitals here and there, but I joined Curves and my knee pain disappeared. The atmosphere was bright and I made friends. We hope that those who are suffering from illness will experience Curves and be well.
