K	Kさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜夕方のスイミングに来ている子供にマナー＆しつけの入っていない子がおりとても騒がしい。他の一般客や生徒さんが不快な思いをいていてスタッフにも伝えているが改善されない。着替えながら騒いでいるのでもちろんマスクもしていないので更衣室は騒音と飛沫だらけ。早く対応してほしい。 It's very noisy because some of the kids who come to swim on Saturday evening have no manners and discipline. H	Hirotaka Suzuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12月から休館日が増えます。コロナで夜の営業を止めていたのに、昼間の年配の方が密な状態で会話しているのを注意せず、そのことを伝えても何も変えずにいます。コロナでも潰れてほしくないから休会せずにいたのがバカバカしくなってきました。 24時までやっていること以外でここを選ぶ理由はもうない。もともと水泳指導をしてましたが、ここの子供のスクール指導は本当に悲惨です。スイミングとは初めて行う集団生活の1つで、自分のことを自分で行うことや、礼儀を学ぶ機会なのに、そういった部分が意識されておらず、市民プールの開放のような感じです。バタ足で補助している様子もほとんどなく、親子会員で通わせようか悩んでいましたがお金の無駄になるのでやめました。 Closed days will increase from December. 彩	彩 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前々から、イオンの意見書で意見しても全く改善しないので、評価します。まず、常連の高齢の方々がノーマスクや延々とお喋りをしても、スタッフは全く注意しません。常連方も明らかにルール違反をしても自分達は特別と思ってるように感じます。長くいれば偉いみたいな感覚。また昔はキッズがなかったからかキッズのスクール生や親に対しては上から目線と言うか、こちらがルールを守っていても邪魔とか言われました。次にキッズスイミングです。セントラルが無くなったためかなり子供が新規で入ってきてキャパオーバーをしています。先生が子供から目を離すのを何度か見て、現場で危なくないかとスタッフに言っても何が？と言うくらい気にしていません。3歳児からの低年齢の子は特に危ないのに目を離してる時点でありえないですね。また、コロナじゃなくても見学は月1回のみ。現状はコロナを理由に全く見学できません。体験の方のみ。現状子供がどうかも知ることが出来ませんので、自身が会員でもないと何も教えてもらったり見ることもできず不安だと思います。とは言え、この付近はキッズスイミングのできる場所も少なく、水泳を習わせたい、習いたい人には悩ましい問題です。先生を増やす、スタッフが注意して見るなど改善をしていただきたいですね。 I will evaluate it because it does not improve at all even if I comment on Aeon's opinion from before. 江	江口モモコ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供らがスイミングに通っていました。子供が負傷したこと、またインストラクターを怖がるようになり退会しました。希望日は通りやすく振り替えも携帯からできるので便利でした。親の見学は基本月1のみで子供たちの様子を伺うことはできません。子供が言うことが全てだと思ってはいませんが何らかのトラブルがあった事は間違いなく、心配になり事情を確認しても不手際は無いの一点張り。その対応に疑問を感じ、対応策も取っていないということでやめることにしました。しかもその後退会手続きをしたにもかかわらず約半年間にわたり会費が引き落とされていました。対応したはずの店長からは直接の謝罪は一度もなく、本部からのメールに名前のみ。余りにも不誠実です。また子供が水泳嫌いになってしまったことが一番残念でなりません。 The children went swimming. t	tarou yamada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レッスンスタジオとトレーニングマシンのエリアが隣接しています。コロナ禍なのでスタジオの扉解放は理解できるのですが、レッスンの際のBGM·マイクボリュームはそのままなので非常にやかましくなりました。支配人に「音量を下げてほしい」との要望をだし「各インストラクターに伝えます」との返答だったのでしばらく待つものの変化無し。再度問い合わせると「音量の設定は決まっております」との回答。それはそれで施設のやり方で結構なのですが、それならば最初からその回答をいただきたかった。ストレスためながら数ヶ月待った会費がドブに捨てたものとなりました。他の方のコメントにもあるプール利用の児童の件なども全く改善されておりません。割安キャンペーンで新規を釣るばかりで、既存の会員の意見を聞く耳は落ち合わせてはないようです。 The lesson studio and training machine areas are adjacent.
