J	JAPAN M9 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京都港区麻布十番エリアに位置します。このエリアでちょっといい感じなイタリアンレストランを探していたらコチラに辿り着きました。今回〜食べログ予約システムを利用してコース料理「シェフにオススメ」を２名予約してみました。（予約システムについて、予約確定からメール連絡と思ったより簡単で使いやすいと感じました。）店内は欧風家具がデザインとなり落ち着いた雰囲気ですね〜椅子も座りやすくて素敵でした。着席してから直ぐに「マダム」からコース説明などを受けますよ〜マダムの貫禄と笑顔が印象的。先ずは泡泡スプモーニがウエルカムで出されてきます〜そして「空豆ポタージュ」は冷製されていて口当たり滑らかで豆味とクリームがマッチして良いね。前菜の「季節の前菜５品」はどれも全く違った前菜でカプレーゼから〜どれも美味しかった。「ズワイ蟹のカペリーニ」は一言で上品！ズワイ蟹の甘い食感とカペリーニが絡んで美味しい。「アワビガーリックバター」はアワビ内蔵と柔らかいアワビが絶妙！濃厚アワビソースが最高。「ウニリゾット」はウニの味が濃厚！芯のあるリゾットをサラッと食すのは贅沢な逸品です。「スズキのグリル」はスズキは皮目からローストされ見た目も綺麗！ふわっとした食感が良いね。「仔牛カツレツミラネーゼ」は衣が薄く仕上げられしっとりとしている！赤ワインに良く合います。「子羊ロースト」絶妙なロースト！肉汁最高！脂がひつこくない！旨味も素晴らしいね〜デザートは3種類！相方のデザートも3種類と最後まで楽しめるコース料理でした。またの機会があれば立ち寄りたいお店ですね。ごちそうさまでした。 Enjoy Gourmet Life☆ Located in Azabujuban area, Minato-ku, Tokyo. I was here when I was looking for a nice Italian restaurant in this area. I tried to reserve 2 course meals, “Recommended for Chefs”, by using the Treasure Log Reservation System. (Regarding the reservation system, I felt it was easier and easier to use than when I contacted me by email after confirming the reservation.) The interior of the store is designed with European furniture and has a calm atmosphere. Immediately after you sit down, you will receive a course explanation from “Madam”. First of all, foam bubble spumoni will be served at the welcome ~ And “San Bean Potage” is chilled, smooth to the touch, and good to taste and cream. The appetizer “Seasonal 5 appetizers” were all very different appetizers from Caprese. “Snowy Capellini” is elegant! Delicious with the sweet texture of snow crab and capellini. "Abalone Garlic Butter" is a perfect abalone and soft abalone! Rich abalone sauce is the best. "Sea urchin squirrel" has a rich sea urchin taste! Eating a risotto with a core is a luxurious gem. "Suzuki's Grill" is beautifully roasted from the skin. The fluffy texture is good. “Valve Cutlet Milanese” is moist with a thin finish! Goes well with red wine. "Lamb roast" exquisite roast! The gravy is the best! Fat isn't terrible! The taste is amazing There are 3 types of desserts! There were 3 kinds of desserts for the other party. Although the restaurant is very nice inside and the staff attentive, I think there is better Italian to be had.

So we ordered one starter to share for your people and four main course for each and two glasses of red wine. And were horrified to be presented with a cheque for 30,000 yen or SGD 400. The food was prepared well but we were shocked what we had been charged. I would not recommend going there unless one had an unlimited budget. The maitre d told us that she will decide what to charge us once we finish our food. Very strange experience.
